Choosing the right AI package
Can I customize a package after we start?
Yes. Packages are designed as complete starting points, but we can add bespoke work — additional agents, deeper integrations, or extra training — as your needs evolve.
How long does each program take?
AI Starter is typically 2–4 weeks. AI Operator runs 4–8 weeks. AI Advantage is an ongoing engagement with quarterly planning and continuous optimization.
Do the packages include tool licensing?
Licensing for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or other platforms is billed separately through the vendor. We handle procurement guidance and ensure licenses are configured securely.
What if I outgrow my package?
Clients often graduate from Starter to Operator, or from Operator to Advantage. Prior work is preserved, and the transition is handled as a scope change, not a restart.
